Flue Gas Emissions Processor (FGEMISS)

This program creates a PTEMARB.DAT file for CALPUFF, for water vapor
emissions from stacks. The user prepares a control file with fixed
inputs (such as building data) and emissions characteristics that are
a function of temperature (exit velocity, exit temperature, and water
emission rate). A file of ISC met data is read, and emissions for the
current meteorological data are computed and written to the output
file. FGEMISS assumes that the characteristics vary linearly between
the temperature points provided, and that the water emission rates
EXCLUDE ambient water vapor. Data for 12 temperature points must be
provided. If fewer are available, just duplicate the last (warmest)
values.
